Terms & Conditions — 55ace Platform

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "55ace" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 55ace online casino platform accessible at 55ace.app and all associated services, features, and content provided therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 55ace platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on 55ace, through which the player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with platform features.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted using actual funds deposited into a player's 55ace account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by 55ace.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of 55ace is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

To be eligible to register and use the 55ace platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines or another jurisdiction where online gambling is lawfully permitted;
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 55ace, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 55ace or by any regulatory authority;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

55ace reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on 55ace. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account on 55ace, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 55ace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 55ace's customer support team immediately via live chat or by sending an email to the address listed in Section 14 of these Terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

55ace operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 55ace's discretion:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).

55ace reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may be closed and funds returned to the verified payment source where possible.

4.1 Deposits

55ace accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used.

55ace does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 55ace aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any outstanding verification requirements.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 55ace are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If a deposit is made in a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 55ace is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Transaction Limits

55ace reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

55ace may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 55ace reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain uncleared after the expiry period will be forfeited.
• 55ace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots.

All games available on the 55ace platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Dragon and Tiger, Ultra Treasure, Bingo, and all other titles — are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are not manipulated by 55ace.

6.1 Game Availability

55ace reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games available on the platform at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific games may vary based on your location, account status, or applicable regulatory requirements.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 55ace reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the relevant player accounts. Winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable system error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. 55ace's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules. 55ace is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55ace platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with platform staff;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to 55ace immediately;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 55ace staff or other players through any communication channel.

55ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools and resources are available to all registered players on 55ace:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the 55ace platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All content on the 55ace platform — including but not limited to the 55ace name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of 55ace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 55ace platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 55ace;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the platform;
• Use the 55ace name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.

Any unauthorized use of 55ace's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 55ace.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55ace's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55ace account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55ace shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business or business opportunity;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 55ace's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

The 55ace platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

55ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative fee or closure, subject to applicable law.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon account closure for cause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 55ace's customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 55ace reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

55ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 55ace platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
